Service Quality Analyst I

Job Function / Purpose

  • To ensure compliance with all documented procedures per the company sponsored industry quality management system (ISO or API) stored in GDMS.
  • A key representative for the Quality Management System, Service Quality Management System (SQMS), and Key Performance Indicator dashboard for a product line of Gyrodata, Inc.
  • Incident investigation and tracking for all reported operation, repair and maintenance and logistics incidents.

Essential Duties

OPERATIONAL SERVICE QUALITY

  • To ensure the product line and Regional Operations are in compliance with the IMS and QMS.
  • Leads service quality incident investigation team.
  • Acts as service quality lead for existing service quality management system (SQMS) to ensure thorough root cause analysis of the incidents are determined and corrective actions are in place to prevent recurrences.
  • Implements Lean Principles for continuous improvement procedures and projects with Regional Operations, Repair & Maintenance and Support Services for the product line
  • Responsible for review and close-out reporting for all service quality events in SQMS.
  • Monitors and reviews key performance indicators (KPI) as they relate to the product line and identifies trends and formulates action plans to improve SQ.
  • Work with Engineering to ensure proper testing, procedures and roll out plan for new technologies.

HSE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

  • Ensures all pre-planning thru post-operations procedures are complete and inclusive to meet HSE requirements

HSE Function

  • Comply with applicable safety standards and maintain a safe working environment
  • Establish and maintain a culture that emphasizes compliance with all health, safety and environmental standards and respect for co-workers, clients and community
  • Oversee and enforce compliance with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures established by Gyrodata, Inc. and any applicable local laws

QA Function

  • Ensures all Gyrodata Procedures for operations are completed to the clients’ expectations and requests.
  • Coordinates with Gyrodata operations to ensure proper SQ incident investigations are completed with resolution and assurance of no reoccurrence regardless of region.
  • Ensures Repair & Maintenance, Engineering and Warehouses comply with applicable quality assurance standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline from an accredited 4-year college or university
  • >2 years’ experience in Quality department functions
  • 5 years minimum experience in oil and gas service sector
  • Strong written, spoken and reading English communication skills
  • Competent in interpersonal skills, client relations and communication skills
  • Ability to travel
  • Ability to use a computer for accessing and sending e-mail, opening and revising documents, accessing internet and web-based Gyrodata, Inc. systems, including SharePoint, HRIS and ability to use Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Incident Investigation, Quality Auditor or other Quality Certifications
  • Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification

Working Conditions                                                                                   

  • The job is performed in an office and shop or warehouse environment with some exposure to safety hazards, potentially including cold, heat, noise, machinery, electricity and chemicals that may require wearing protective equipment and compliance with specific safety protocols. The job requires physical exertion including sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to sixty (60) pounds, carrying, pushing, pulling, kneeling, squatting and a range of physical motion. The job requires operation of tools, machinery, equipment, computers and telephones. The job requires following written and oral instructions, attention to detail, ability to multitask, ability to work with others and ability to meet deadlines. The job requires following established policies and procedures, meeting quality and safety standards and regular attendance. The job requires making decisions based on experience and knowledge without supervision and requires responsibility for results.
